Calories And Fitness For The Day Healthy Or Not So Much?
Breakfast
2 cups of ice cold water
5 hours later at 12:00
lunch
1 cup of blueberries
half cup of raspberries and blackberries
5 small strawberries
1 cup of organic granola
im 19 5’1 129 pound male
Fitness was mostly a 130 minute bike ride and a 60 minute walk, I know not allot but I had SAT’s to go to in the morning which screwed up my workout schedule, Normally I would do this ( 30-40 minute jog outside or in place, two 40 minute bike rides, and a 30 minute walk)
Snack: small pear
Dinner: 1 slice of ezekiel raisin bread
2 slices of ezekiel bread with half a banana, 2 rolled gold pretzels, 12 red hot blue chips
40 minute bike ride.

You have the right idea, but not the right foods. Your first mistake is it doesn’t look like you are having anything for breakfast other than water. Big mistake. Eating breakfast can result in you eating 500 less calories a day. Breakfast is the most important meal. We’ve all heard it, but it’s true. It stimulates your metabolism and gives your body needed energy. Men need more calories than women, especially if you are wanting to maintain your weight. At the rate you are going, you are more apt to gain weight and fat rather than maintain your weight or gain muscle. You need good sources of protein added to your diet, such as boneless, skinless chicken, or grilled fish such as tilapia or tuna. Egg whites contain quite a bit of protein and less calories and fat. Please, don’t skip breakfast!!
That is excellent – keep it up! But EAT BREAKFAST – it should be the biggest meal of the day.
Try to eat and stay hydrated throughout the day (Snacking instead of large meals (except breakfast), and you should be good.
You can also try muscle work outs first (Push ups, sit ups, lunges, leg lifts, weights, etc) for about 45 minutes and there you will enter the fat burning zone / toner – this is where Cardio should take place because it will be shedding nothing but excess fat.
First of all you need to eat breakfast not drink it.
You need to eat atleast around 300-400 calories for breakfast and then workout.
Next, well, you did well when it came to lunch.
What are you having for dinner?
You should eat snacks in between meals to speed up your metabolism.
